If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your print order – whether you have changed your mind or we have made a mistake – then please contact us and we will do whatever we can to rectify the issue. For magazine purchases, please contact the publisher (Blurb) directly with any customer service issues.
You are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you request one by email within 14 working days of receiving your order. This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of you returning the item. Any items that need to be returned to us must be authorised in advance, so please first contact us, at which point the return instructions will be given.
If an item is not returned in pristine and re-sellable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund. We recommend using a tracked method of postage and re-securing the item within the same packaging you received it in. If a refund is required, we will issue this using the same payment details that were originally used to purchase the items. We will process all returns within 14 days after we receive the item, but the refund could take up to an additional 5 working days to show in your account, so please bear with us.
We are committed to protecting your privacy online. We will not pass your personal details onto other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your contact details primarily to fulfil any order that you place and to exchange communications with you about your orders if necessary. With your explicit permission, we may also send you news of offers and promotions.
All sensitive information, such as credit card details, is encrypted and protected from interception or disclosure.
